    We do not store any of your credit card details after your order has been authorized.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Pink n Pretty Zone ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Pink n Pretty Zone does not ship to any international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Our items ship anywhere from 1-5 business days after order is received.  We will send tracking information for each order so that you can track your orders progress if you choose.

    Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of items made by Bebe Chic and 2-4 weeks for Glenna Jean and products unless specified otherwise.

    The following infomation applies to our gift baskets only:

    Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine and/or beer may NOT be shipped to the following states

    Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah

    Also, please note an adult signature (over 21) is required at delivery for all wine and/or beer shipments.

    Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship out the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

    PO Boxes: We will ship to Post Office Boxes using the U.S. Postal Service; however, we prefer that you have the actual physical address for delivery. U.S. Postal Service delivery is not traceable and therefore we do not guarantee delivery.

    APO/FPO: We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

    Shipping Options

    We will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. Should the timing not work out using Standard Delivery (1-5 business days), we do have other shipping options available. These options include UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Express. Not counting the day your gift basket is shipped - Next Day Air will arrive the Next Business Day, 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 Business Days, 3 Day Express will arrive in 3 Business Days.

    Future Delivery: You can order now and have it shipped later! During checkout you will be asked for your "Preferred Delivery Date"; just enter the date you would like your order to be delivered.

    Shipping Time

    Standard shipping arrival depends on what state the package is being delivered.

    Shipping Guarantee

    Your gift basket is guaranteed to be delivered on or before the promised delivery date by the end of the business day. If your shipment is delivered late, your shipping costs will be fully refunded.

    Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee delayed shipments that were caused due to an act of god like weather or a catastrophic event. Our guarantee is invalid if incorrect shipping information is given or if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made.

    Chocolate in Warm Weather

    During warm weather months (typically May - September) the chocolates contained in gift baskets may be substituted to avoid damage due to melting. Items containing chocolate must be shipped Express (UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) to avoid melting. If you choose a method other than Next Day or 2nd Day, we will not be held responsible for damage when the melting occurs. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to those gifts having their delivery delayed or items delivered and left unattended in warm weather.

    There is an additional cost for express shipping.  We will send an invoice for the shipping alone if you choose any of the expressing shipping options as we are unable to estimate the exact cost at the time of purchase.

    Hospital Delivery

    If you are shipping to a hospital please be aware that often gifts are shipped to the receiving department and then need to be taken by hospital staff to the patient. We are not responsible for gift baskets becoming lost or misplaced once it is delivered to the hospital, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room or arriving after a patient has been released.

    Please select UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air if recipient is expecting a short hospital stay. If you are unsure of how long your intended recipient will be in the hospital, please have the gift shipped to a recipient who can take the gift to the hospital or ship it to their home.

    Change of Address or Address Corrections

    Please provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address for your recipient. This information needs to include:

    Name, Company Name (if applicable), Street Number and Street Name, Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable), City, State, Postal Code and Telephone Number.

    **We encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for gift baskets not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.

    CHARGES: There is a address correction fee per gift basket which varies by supplier to reroute a gift after it has left our warehouse. This includes changing the street number, adding an apartment or suite and correcting a postal code. The fee is also charged if your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    We must be notified of order changes & cancellations by 3:00 p.m. EST the day your gift basket is scheduled to ship. Orders canceled after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and charged as valid orders and any changes made after that time cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return Policy
  • You may return your item, however unless your item is damaged or defective there is a restocking fee of 20% to 40% which varies by manufacturer. Please keep this in mind before purchasing an item from us. We do not accept returns or give refunds on orders that are over 30 days old, no exceptions. Also, there is a fee for all refused packages. If you decide you do not want the item even before opening it please contact us first. Do not just refuse the package or you will be charged a fee.

    All returns are for refund only. All return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the reason for return.

    Personalized items are not returnable unless there is an error in the personalization.

    Glenna Jean, and Bebe Chic Bedding!

    • Glenna Jean and Bebe chic bedding and other items are made at the time of the order and are not returnable under any circumstances. The only exception to this is if you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective in some way.
    • If you wish to cancel an order for Glenna Jean or Bebe Chic products please do so within 2 days after that items will go into production and orders can not be cancelled.
    • Please allow upto 2-6 weeks for delivery for Glenna Jean and Bebe Chic unless specified otherwise.

    Clearance sales: Clearance and sale items are final sales.  They may not be returned or refunded.  Please, keep this in mind before purchasing a sales item!

    We try very hard to avoid sending you a defective or incorrect item and we realize it cost you time and money to return a product. However, just as a major retailer such as Wal-mart does not give you gas money when you return a product we cannot absorb the cost of shipping the product back to us, it is effectively a cost of convenience. We will however absorb the cost of resending the exchange back to you.

    You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Pink n Pretty Zone reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

  • Miscellaneous
  • We can not ship crib bumpers (which are included in most of our crib sets) to the city of Chicago, Illinois or to the state of Maryland due to their ban of crib bumpers. Any crib set or crib bumper order that is to be shipped to either of these destinations will not be processed; it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

    Please note that colors can vary greatly in electronic media depending upon your monitor settings, therefore the actual item may look slightly different in color then the one pictured on our site. Also, several of our suppliers do not supply descriptions of their items. We describe them as we see the item in the picture. Therefore, descriptions may in inaccurate in some instances because images colors are incorrect. We do not do this deliberately we just do the best we can.

    Note: Although we display all Glenna Jean and Bebe Chic bedding as requiring 2-6 weeks to ship often items may be available sooner, contact us and we will give you a better idea of the shipping time frame.
