• Legal Notice

• All notices from Pink n Pretty Zone to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Pink n Pretty Zone shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

  Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Pink n Pretty Zone five (5) days after the date sent.

  As of April 1st, 2012 we can not ship crib bumpers (which are included in most of our crib sets) to the city of Chicago, Illinois due to their ban of crib bumpers. Any crib set or crib bumper order that is to be shipped to Chicago will not be processed; they will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Pink n Pretty Zone ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Pink n Pretty Zone does not ship to any international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of items made by Glenna Jean, Bebe Chic and New Arrivals and 2-4 weeks for Hoohobbers products unless specified otherwise.




• Sales Tax

• Pink n Pretty Zone does not charge sales tax for most merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.




• Return Policy

• You may return your item, however unless your item is damaged or defective there is a restocking fee of 20% to 25% which varies by manufacturer. Please keep this in mind before purchasing an item from us. We do not accept returns or give refunds on orders that are over 30 days old, no exceptions. Also, there is a fee for all refused packages. If you decide you do not want the item even before opening it please contact us first. Do not just refuse the package or you will be charged a fee.
  

  All returns are for refund only. All return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the reason for return.

  Glenna Jean, Hoohobbers, New Arrivals, Inc and Bebe Chic Bedding!
  

  • Glenna Jean, Hoohobbers, New Arrivals and Bebe chic bedding and other items are made at the time of the order and are not returnable under any circumstances. The only exception to this is if you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective in some way.
    
  • If you wish to cancel an order for Glenna Jean, Hoohobbers, New Arrivals or Bebe Chic products please do so within 2 days after that items will go into production and orders can not be cancelled.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for Glenna Jean, Bebe Chic and New Arrivals and 2-4 weeks for Hoohobbers unless specified otherwise.
    

  
  We try very hard to avoid sending you a defective or incorrect item and we realize it cost you time and money to return a product. However, just as a major retailer such as Wal-mart does not give you gas money when you return a product we cannot absorb the cost of shipping the product back to us, it is effectively a cost of convenience. We will however absorb the cost of resending the exchange back to you.

  You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Pink n Pretty Zone reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

• Miscellaneous

• Please note that colors can vary greatly in electronic media depending upon your monitor settings, therefore the actual item may look slightly different in color then the one pictured on our site. Also, several of our suppliers do not supply descriptions of their items. We describe them as we see the item in the picture. Therefore, descriptions may in inaccurate in some instances because images colors are incorrect. We do not do this deliberately we just do the best we can.

  Note: Although we display all New Arrivals and Bebe Chic bedding as requiring 4-6 weeks to ship often items may be available sooner, contact us and we will give you a better idea of the shipping time frame.
